30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Return instructions, including the applicable return address, will be provided by email when your return request is approved.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, or do not like the product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions of this policy.
For these returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND INCORRECT ITEMS

For returns resulting from a covered defect, malfunction, damage attributable to us, or an incorrect item, we will handle applicable return shipping costs in accordance with our warranty and applicable law.
30-DAY COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
We offer a 30-day commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects and covered product malfunctions occurring within 30 days after delivery.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation or use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product's instructions.
This commercial warranty does not limit or replace any mandatory statutory warranties, guarantees or consumer rights applicable in the customer's country or region.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may not be eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene or safety reasons where applicable.
- Products that have been used, damaged or altered by the customer.
- Gift cards.
- Other products specifically identified as non-returnable before purchase.
These exclusions do not affect any mandatory legal rights applicable to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
SALE ITEMS
Sale and discounted items remain subject to our return policy and all applicable statutory consumer rights.
A discounted price does not eliminate any legal rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
EXCHANGES
We generally do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, you may request an eligible return and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired product.
This does not affect any mandatory legal right to repair or replacement where applicable.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
This statutory 14-day withdrawal right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Where applicable, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, as permitted by applicable law.
The customer may also be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the European Union.
LEGAL GUARANTEES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our 30-day commercial warranty and 30-day return policy do not limit, exclude or replace any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the country or region where the customer purchases or receives the product.
Where applicable, customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have statutory rights that extend beyond the periods described in this policy.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
Please note that your bank, credit card company or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
