If a package is shown as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us promptly at neonight_1@hotmail.com so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges may apply. Where such charges are legally imposed on the recipient, they are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
